About the role

Dorsia in New York is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of high-profile events—from intimate member dinners to large-scale brand moments. You will wire run-of-show documents, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate AV setups to ensure flawless execution. In this hands-on role, you will bridge Brand, Partnerships, Membership, and external production teams, upholding Dorsia’s premium hospitality and meticulous standards for every in-person experience.
