About the role

As a Account Executive, you'll drive AVA's growth by building and closing partnerships with property management companies nationwide. You'll be the primary point of contact for property management leadership, showing them how AVA's platform delivers real value to their staff and residents and closing the deals that bring them on board.
What you'll do: Build and manage a national pipeline of property management companies, from first outreach to signed partnership. Develop relationships with property managers and on-site staff across your accounts, becoming a trusted resource as the portfolio grows. Plan and host engaging sales events and activations that generate leads and build brand presence in new markets. Manage your accounts with autonomy, setting your own pace and strategy to hit and exceed quota.
What you bring: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals. Polished communication and presentation skills for engaging property management leadership. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for regular travel. Willingness to travel nationally and work flexible hours, including evenings, to support events and partner schedules.
