Title: Freelance Sample Coordinator

Responsibilities: Support the Product Line Coordinator with day-to-day sample management activities. Unpack, sort, organize, and maintain seasonal product samples and storage areas. Track packages and check in products using the PLM system. Respond to ad hoc cross-functional sample requests. Perform administrative and operational tasks supporting the sample management process.
Requirements: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities. Basic computer proficiency; PLM system experience is a plus. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 10-15 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and handle product samples throughout the workday.
