About the role
Supporting the data-driven insights and product analytics that enhance member outcomes, the remote Product Analytics Associate Engineer will assist Product Managers with data analysis, set up A/B tests, and maintain SQL queries while collaborating with senior team members.
Key responsibilities:
Assist Product Managers and Area owners with data pulls, ad hoc analysis, and basic reporting
Help set up and monitor A/B tests, ensuring data quality and summarizing results
Write and maintain SQL queries and dbt models for specific tables and metrics
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
1-3 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role
Solid SQL skills, including writing joins, aggregations, and window functions
Some exposure to dbt or willingness to learn data modeling practices
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or equivalent
