Junior Graphic DesignerMaiden Home is growing a team of forward-thinking individuals who possess unique strengths and perspectives, an innate ability to inspire their colleagues, and an eagerness to reimagine the world of luxury furnishings.As our Junior Graphic Designer, you will be a designer on our creative team — working closely with the Creative Director, Art Director and Creative Operations to produce work that reflects our commitment to original design, fine materials, and exceptional craftsmanship.This is a unique opportunity to join a brand that is primed for its next stage of growth. You'll enter a workspace that encourages innovation, creative expression, and teamwork, and your experience will be shaped by your performance, contributions, and drive.This position is based in our NY Headquarters in Tribeca where we work together every day in office.ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce assets across digital and print channels, including email, social, paid media, landing pages, catalogs, and OOH.Support campaign concepting and execution under the direction of the Creative Director.Partner with Creative Operations to manage timelines, asset delivery, and production workflows.Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs, applying design standards with care and precision.Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print.Manage and organize design assets and to creative reviews with thoughtful, clearly articulated perspectives.Utilize cultural insight from within and outside the category that can inspire creative work, as well as other members of the team.QualificationsUndergraduate Degree in Graphic Design or related field.1+ years of professional graphic design experience.Demonstrated interest in luxury art, fashion, design, and culture is a plus.Very well-versed in Figma, AfterEffects, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Strong typographic sensibility and attention to layout, hierarchy, and proportion.A portfolio that reflects original thinking, restraint, and a refined visual point of view.Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects and deadlines.Willingness to learn and dig deeper to investigate thought provoking, and innovative creative solutions, establishing strong conceptual and creative points of view.Superior photography retouching skills; refined typography and layout skillsStrong eye for color-matching and color-correctingHighly personable and able to work cross-functionallyVideo and studio photography skills a plusCAD skills a plusHigh energy, ability to consistently take initiative, and a healthy dose of hustleAnticipated Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
