Requirements:
Consistency and Reliability Bring a Cheerful and Positive Attitude Value Teamwork, Respect Teammates Enjoy Serving and Helping Others Responsibilities include:setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, portioning meat, preparing sauces) preparing menu items consistent with JGC standards of quality, quantity, and presentation keeping a clean work station and clean kitchen rotate and stock inventory appropriately comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards The ideal candidate understands what it means to work with a small team and will:be on time for your shift learn the menu to meet cafe standards work efficiently and effectively during a rush work on the line as a team with other cooks clean as you go dress and act professionally use slow and down times to prepare for the next service Work schedule Weekend availability Monday to Friday 8 hour shift Supplemental pay Tips Signing bonus
