About the role
Your Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial plant performance and develop measures for plant cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Prepare plant related budgeting/planning processes, monitor progress to agreed finanical budgets and analyze financial deviations on plant level.
Monitor and analyze financial plant performance indicators to identify trends and variances.
Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance plant efficiency.
Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for plant management review.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making in plants.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational plant performance. Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial plans for the plant.
Your Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, financial analysis, and variance analysis. Advanced in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Plant Management and cross-functional teams. Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
