Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP is seeking a Senior Transportation – Water Resources Engineer to join our Richmond, VA office. The role leads hydraulics efforts, focusing on hydrologic analysis, compliance, and hydraulic design for transportation projects. Qualified candidates will have a BS in Civil Engineering, a Virginia PE license, and 16+ years of related experience, including FEMA CLOMR/LOMR experience and exposure to HEC guidelines.
