About the role

Leading critical business programs, the full-time salaried Technical Program Management Director will drive the strategy and execution of large-scale, technically complex initiatives while working in a remote-eligible environment. Key responsibilities Manage and execute large-scale technical programs aligned with business priorities, breaking down complexity and influencing roadmaps Lead and develop a high-performing team of technical program managers to deliver real-time, intelligent customer experiences Facilitate technology-focused discussions with senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for technology-based decisions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs Experience in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing architecture 5+ years of experience leading a team of technical program managers Proven track record in designing and building data-intensive solutions
