Adult Mental Health & Life Transitions Therapist -Chicago Park Ridge Hybrid Illinois We are seeking anAdult Mental Health & Life Transitions Therapist to work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, career changes, self-esteem, stress, and significant life transitions. This role offers flexibility to develop a caseload aligned with your clinical interests and areas of expertise.
What You’ll Do: Provide individual therapy to adults and young professionals
Treat anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, and adjustment issues Support clients through career, family, and personal transitions Develop individualized treatment plans Provide both in-person and telehealth services Maintain timely clinical documentation
Qualifications: Ph.D., Psy. D., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LSW
Active Illinois license preferred Pre-licensed clinicians working toward Illinois licensure may be considered Clinical experience with adults preferred Position Hybrid | Part-time or Full-time Chicago, Park Ridge, and telehealth opportunities throughout Illinois.
