About the role

Popli Design Group seeks a Team Leader for the Highway Design Department to guide civil roadway and transportation projects in New York State and NYC. The role focuses on mentoring junior staff, applying geometric roadway design and standards, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will oversee design calculations, contract plans, specifications, and cost estimates, while supporting business development and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
