About the role
Heron Power is a dynamic startup building cutting-edge power electronics for the 21st-century grid. We seek an Engineering Program Manager to own the technical execution of the product roadmap from architecture through manufacturing launch.
This role is hands-on and technically deep, collaborating with power electronics, firmware, systems integration, test, and reliability teams to translate architectural intent into executable plans, surface risks early, and drive clear decisions.
