About the role
Our client, a well established Dallas area organization, is looking to bring on accounting contractors to support a large scale systems and process transformation project. They’re seeking senior accountant level contractors with strong corporate accounting experience and prior exposure to ERP implementations, data conversion work, reconciliations, cleanup efforts, and process stabilization initiatives.
This is a long term, project focused environment where contractors will help support day to day accounting operations while also assisting with broader implementation related work.
The role will operate in a hybrid work environment, so candidates must be comfortable working in an office setting as needed. The team is looking to move quickly, with interviews starting immediately and targeted start dates in June.
Responsibilities
Support data conversion and implementation related accounting activities
Assist with reconciliations, data validation, cleanup efforts, and process support
Help stabilize accounting operations during a large scale transition initiative
Partner with accounting, finance, and project teams throughout the engagement
Support month end close and ongoing accounting operations as needed
Assist with testing, reporting, and other project related initiatives
Identify discrepancies and help resolve data and process related issues
Requirements
Strong corporate accounting background
Prior experience supporting ERP implementations or conversions
Experience with reconciliations, close support, and data integrity work
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Large company experience is a plus
This is a great opportunity to join a long term project with a well-established organization and be part of a major initiative impacting the business. The team is looking for professionals who can jump in quickly, make an impact, and help support the transition during a busy and important time.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
