About the role

Applied Digital in Wisconsin is seeking a Director of Data Center Leasing to lead business development and oversee leasing transactions from site selection through delivery. You will coordinate with tenant deal teams, legal, engineering, and finance to ensure timely progress and successful lease execution. The role reports to the EVP, Strategic Finance in the President’s Office, with focus on accelerating campus expansions and delivering power-ready data center solutions.
