This role will concentrate on a variety ofcomplex commercial real estate legal transactions(acquisitions and dispositions, development, financing and/or leasing) involving a spectrum of real estate assets located in New York City and/or nationwide. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have2 to 6 yearsofcommercial real estate or corporate transactions legal experience, strong analytical and drafting skills, intellectual curiosity, and excellent academic credentials. Must be admitted to practice in New York.
