About the role
Brand Ambassador Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program — same store, same rep, every 8 weeks — designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire. What you'll do (1-hour in-store visit, in priority order): Engage shoppers about the brand's flagship product line. Train retailer associates on the brand and product line. Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays (reference photos provided). Check in/out via Ubeya and submit post-visit photos + reporting. Available Washington Locations: Kennewick, WA Everette, WA Puyallup, WA Lynnwood, WA Bellevue, WA Silverdale, WA Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual): Brand training session — 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day). Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit. Compensation: $24.00/hr. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing. Required: Smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting. Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location. Residential mailing address for the brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes). Responsibilities: Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program. Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line — ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language. Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers. Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training). Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out. Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times. Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer. Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit. Qualifications: Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s). Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting. Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks). Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand-issued name badge shipment. Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
