- What we need from you:
- Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
- Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
- Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
- Attractively prepare meals that are appealing and tasty
- Prepare special limited diets per policy
- Prepare meals in a timely manner to ensure they are served on time
- Identify menu errors and makes appropriate corrections as needed, bring the necessary changes to the Culinary Director’s/Culinary Coordinator’s attention
- Ensure all menu changes are reviewed with the Culinary Director/Culinary Coordinator before changes are made; post menu change notice as required by regulations and policies and procedures
- Keep kitchen clean, sanitary and orderly following cleaning schedule, including shelves and cooking surfaces
