🚀 Hiring: Technical Sales Manager – Equipment Manufacturing📍 Fully Remote (up to 50% Travel)
Summary: We're looking for a true sales professional who knows how to sell capital equipment into manufacturing environments—not just talk about it. This role is focused on the dry food industry, selling high-impact packaging, converting, and pouching machinery (including FFS lines) directly to plant leaders, engineers, and executives.
What you'll do: Own the full sales cycle (prospect → close) on complex, mid-to-long-cycle capital deals Sell capital equipment ($250K–$2M+ per deal)Travel ~50% to customer sites nationally Work directly with operations and engineering teams to solve real production challenges Build and manage a strong pipeline of plant-level and executive relationships
