[REQUIRED]Current, unencumbered, active occupational therapy license in the state of PACE Organization. [REQUIRED]Two (2) years of appropriate experience as an occupational therapist preferred. [HIGHLY PREFERRED]One (1) year of experience working with a frail or elderly population; appropriate clinical placement experience may be substituted. [PREFERRED]Must have Employee Medical Statement meeting job requirements. [REQUIRED]Compact License Accepted
