Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 3 year old boy
Location: Bloomfield, New Jersey

Salary: $75 - $110 per hour Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and support Behavior Technicians Track progress through data and adjust programs as needed Provide parent training and collaborate with families Maintain documentation and uphold ethical standards Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications: ActiveBCBA certificationfrom the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). LBA licenseissued by the State of New Jerseypreferred(will berequiredin the near future). Previous experience with children or individuals with autism preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
