About the role
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture. 6-10 years of relevant post-degree experience at an architecture or interior design office. Experience with Concept, Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), Construction Documents (CD), and Construction Administration (CA) phases for interior architecture projects. Experience managing and sourcing FF&E and specifications. The ability to read and interpret architectural/shop drawings, renderings, and construction specifications. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. An ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Knowledge of Interior and FF&E vendors. A general awareness of cultural conversations around design, architecture, art, and real estate.
