About the role
Our client, a successful nonprofit, is seeking a temp data entry admin to help support a database migration. The ideal candidate will have data entry experience, the ability to work independently, and is tech‑savvy with the ability to pick up on new programs quickly. Salesforce, Sage Intaact, and Financial Edge experience is a plus but not required.
Please note this is an ASAP need and an ongoing temporary position with limited opportunity to become a full‑time role. They are currently on a hybrid schedule (in‑office 2 days a week).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Enter financial data information from server into database
Generate vendor reports and migrate information to Sage Intaact
Enter cash disbursements into Intaact
Other duties as assignedPosition Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education is a plus.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in a data entry role.
Experience with Financial Edge and/or Sage Intacct is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure, multi‑task and complete projects on time.
