That trust depends on precision coordination, responsive communication, and disciplined follow-through across every phase of execution.As a Client Services Coordinator you sit at the center of that execution. You are responsible for coordinating complex field projects that span multiple technicians, locations, timelines, and service types. You work closely with the Field Support team and field technicians to ensure projects are properly planned, staffed, communicated, and executed. You keep work moving, surface risk early, and ensure projects close cleanly.The OpportunityYour role exists to manage complexity. Data erasure and data center projects require tight sequencing, accurate documentation, technician readiness, and constant communication. You are responsible for keeping all moving parts aligned from pre-project planning through final closeout.This role is designed for a coordinator who has moved beyond basic scheduling and is ready to own multi-day, multi-site, or multi-technician projects with real operational risk and client visibility.What You Will DoCoordinate Complex ITAD ProjectsPlan and coordinate data erasure, data center decommissioning, and other advanced ITAD services. Confirm scope timelines, staffing requirements, travel needs, and dependencies before work begins.Partner With Field Support and TechniciansWork directly with Field Support and field technicians to ensure alignment and clarity on readiness. Confirm technician assignments, travel plans, access requirements, equipment needs, and job sequencing.Manage Project CommunicationServe as a central point of coordination for internal stakeholders and select client communications. Provide clear updates, manage changes, and escalate risks before they impact delivery.Track Progress and Resolve IssuesMonitor active projects for timing gaps, documentation issues, or execution risk. Resolve what is within scope and escalate issues quickly when intervention is required.Support Documentation and CloseoutEnsure chain-of-custody records, certificates of data destruction, asset inventories, and project documentation are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Prepare projects for clean closeout and billing.Maintain System AccuracyKeep ERP, CRM, and project tracking tools accurate and current. Complex projects fail when data is wrong.
