About the role
Owning the creative direction of a high-volume YouTube channel, the full-time YouTube Manager will develop engaging long-form videos, manage upload operations, and optimize content to drive subscriber growth and client acquisition in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the creative direction of video packaging, including titles and thumbnails, in collaboration with the editing and design teams
Manage the complete upload process, ensuring compliance with editorial and technical standards
Analyze performance data to inform content decisions and optimize the back catalogue for improved viewer engagement and business outcomesRequired qualifications 3+ years of experience managing or optimizing a high-volume YouTube channel
Deep understanding of YouTube's packaging ecosystem and performance metrics
Proven experience with A/B testing for YouTube content
Familiarity with AI tools for analytics and workflow automation
Experience in financial, retirement, or educational media is preferred
