About the role
To support a growing practice, the full-time D365 CE Functional Consultant will gather requirements, configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities, and assist clients with CRM/CX solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Participate in discovery and design sessions to capture business requirements and configuration decisions
Configure D365 CE and Power Platform features, including apps, tables, forms, and automation
Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, training materials, and support user adoption efforts
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or comparable CRM platforms
Working knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integration
Ability to produce clear documentation and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
Understanding of agile delivery, user stories, and change/adoption fundamentals
Recommended certifications: PL-200; MB-280, MB-230, MB-240, or relevant CE module certifications preferred
