About the role

Band Operator We are looking for a Band Operator to join our Greencastle, PA plant. As a large equipment operator with Contech you will contribute to America's essential infrastructure including drainage systems, pipe, bridges and structures, and stormwater management. Why apply? About the Role

Responsibilities: Received instructions and schedules from plant supervision. Adheres to Contech's Employee Expectations. Completes pre-shift daily audit. Selects correct sheet type/length based off of daily band schedule. Operates Forklift, coil buggy, or overhead crane to position sheets at rolls. Adjusts rolls to form correct diameter. Feeds band sheet into roll form. Spot welds or hand welds various types of fasteners to formed band sheet. Paints welds if necessary. Moves finished product to designated areas. Completes production/quality control paperwork. Completes post-shift daily paperwork. Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and orderly fashion. Other duties assigned.

About You: We Require: Ability to work with precision instruments. Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
