Manufacturing Assembly Associate

Production and Assembly Associate Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembly Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Handle materials and products on the assembly line, ensuring quality and efficiency. Lift and move items continuously, with weights ranging from 15-50 lbs. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing steel toe shoes, safety glasses, and a safety yellow shirt. Participate in mandatory overtime as required, working 8-10 hour shifts, 5-6 days per week. What's Needed? No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates. Ability to lift and carry items weighing 15-30 lbs continuously. Strong commitment to safety and following workplace protocols. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
