MEP Project Manager – Owner’s RepresentativePlease make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest. We are seeking an experiencedMEP Project Managerto support a large-scale life sciences manufacturing campus as theOwner’s Representative. This role will oversee core & shell, architectural, and MEP scope from design through construction.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee EPCM design development, changes, and construction readiness Review scope for technical accuracy, constructability, and operational fit Manage core & shell and building systems including fire protection, plumbing, elevators, clean rooms, cold rooms, and turnkey room packages Coordinate CSA/MEP packages with utilities and piping teams Monitor schedule, budget, cost, design, and construction performance Support transition from design into construction and resolve cross-functional issues Serve as a key interface between EPCM partners, contractors, and project stakeholders
Requirements: 10+ years of MEP experience with strong core & shell / architectural exposure Experience overseeing xsgimln EPCM firms on major capital projects Strong knowledge of both design development and construction execution Owner’s Representative experience strongly preferred Preferred Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing project experience Clean room, cold room, fire protection, and plumbing experience
