FP&A Manager - Private Equity-backed Manufacturing CompanyI'm partnering with a leading, private equity-backed automotive and powersports aftermarket company that is looking to add an FP&A Manager to its growing finance team. With a portfolio of established brands, a strong manufacturing footprint, and a continued growth strategy through acquisitions and organic expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in its financial operations. The FP&A Manager will oversee the company's financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting functions. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys driving execution, improving processes, and partnering across the business.
Responsibilities: Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. Own monthly and quarterly management reporting, including financial results, KPIs, and variance analysis. Consolidate forecasts across business units and drive accountability around financial performance. Analyze revenue, EBITDA, margins, working capital, inventory, and cash flow. Partner with accounting, operations, and business leaders to support decision-making. Standardize and improve FP&A processes, reporting packages, and timelines. Support financial reporting and analysis for executive leadership, the Board, and the private equity sponsor.
Requirements: 8–15 years of progressive finance, accounting, or FP&A experience. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Manufacturing experience strongly preferred, particularly in a multi-site or inventory-intensive environment. A strong accounting foundation and the ability to partner closely with controllership. PE-backed experience is a plus.
