About the role

Aspire General Insurance is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the California personal auto insurance strategy. This role reports to the Executive Leadership Team and will drive profitable growth, product filings, and advanced analytics across the state’s portfolio. You will lead Product Managers and Analysts, partner with Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, BI, IT, and executives, and shape capabilities for sustained market leadership.
