About the role

The City of St. Francis, WI Library Board seeks a collaborative, dynamic leader to join its team as Library Director. The successful candidate will oversee a staff of 15 and administer an operating budget of $750,000 while guiding programs, services, and community engagement. A Master’s degree in Library or Information Science and Grade 1 Public Library Certification (WI) are required. Starting salary ranges from $90,000 to $118,000, plus excellent benefits and professional development
