What You Will Be Doing:
Building wooden pallets used for shipping and distribution Using hand tools to handle and assemble materials safely and efficiently Keeping your workspace clean and organized throughout the shift Working independently and with a small team to hit daily production targets Communicating openly with teammates about materials, workflow, and needs
What You Bring:
Reliability and a strong work ethic. You show up and you contribute. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for the duration of the shift Experience with hand tools or a genuine willingness to learn fastA team-first attitude and a positive approach to the day Must be 18 or older
