About the role
Caring Transitions of Bainbridge Island is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in our Poulsbo office. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office.
The ideal candidate is a calm energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications. The ideal candidate will manage accounts, scheduling of owner's appointments and be responsible for project details and communication with clients to optimize transactional work flow and keep all ledger expenses accurate each week and summarize the accounts with the owner for month end reporting.
Responsibilities
Field inbound communications - Answer phone calls/general email inquiries and route to the appropriate internal parties as needed.
Coordinate scheduling - Set up meetings and consultations based on efficient use of time for cross territory travel and project management.
Organize internal resources - Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office workflow organized and easily accessible
Requirements
2 year associate degree in any field.
1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proven ability to work in a highly detailed environment
Positive, relaxed and calm attitude
Resourceful with clear and timely communication skills
Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machine, lap top)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe and Outlook calendar
