About the role
Executive Assistant / Personal DriverQC Capital and Consulting LLC is seeking a reliable, professional, and highly adaptable Executive Assistant to provide direct support to an executive. This position is dedicated exclusively to supporting the executive's day-to-day activities and responsibilities. The role does not involve company operations, office administration, or support of other employees. The ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, dependable, and comfortable handling a wide variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport the executive to meetings, appointments, events, airports, and other destinations.
Plan efficient travel routes based on traffic and scheduling needs.
Remain flexible and available for schedule changes throughout the day.
Ensure punctual arrivals and departures.
Company Vehicle Management:
Maintain company vehicles in clean, well-presented, and excellent operating condition.
Monitor fuel levels and ensure vehicles are fueled as needed.
Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, detailing, and car washes.
Perform regular vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with service providers when necessary.
Executive Support:
Coordinate appointments, reservations, and travel arrangements.
Handle errands, purchases, deliveries, and other assignments as directed.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the executive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree REQUIRED.Valid California Driver License with an excellent driving record.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
High level of discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.
Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and mobile applications.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
