Adecco Creative & Marketing is teaming up with a national gifting brand known for its creative, design-driven products to hire a SR Product Development Manager!
Location: Kensington / Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Salary: $100-120K a year based on exp. Are you the kind of person who spots trends before they hit the shelves? This role is perfect for a strategic, creative product leader who thrives in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment.
What you’ll be doing: Lead product ideation, development, and execution across multiple categories Develop product decks and presentations for monthly, seasonal, and trend meetings Provide creative and strategic guidance to the design team Occasionally present new product concepts to retail buyers Delegate and oversee projects across product developers while managing timelines Manage and mentor 1–2 product developers/associates Participate in team-wide seasonal brainstorming sessions Partner closely with senior leadership to bring concepts from idea to shelf
