About the role

Vice President, Commercial Claims(Officer Level), 225K+base, bonus, benefits, profit share-Officer level benefits, Phoenix, AZ (relocation assistance provided)National property & casualty carrier is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Claims, responsible for the implementation of Company strategies, goals and philosophy specifically within the Claims Department and (2) contribution to the Company's total profitability through the management of the Department's financial results and the continued development of its leadership team. Demonstration of strong leadership qualities and global thinking is essential.Must have 20+ years of commercial claims and leadership background, and proven direct experience managing other claims managers, supervisors and/or leaders. Strong technical, coverage and litigation background. Excess & Surplus Lines experience a plus. Candidates are required to have insurance carrier background in claims leadership. Strong commercial casualty background. Degree and insurance designations. 225K base, bonus, benefits, profit share. Relocation assistance provided..
