About the role

Covenant House California seeks a Chief Strategy Officer to guide the nonprofit’s strategic direction and drive performance improvements across programs and operations. You will work with the CEO, senior leaders, and CHI to align mission, strategy, and resources for impact. The CSO leads planning, performance management, PQI, risk management, data analytics, and advocacy efforts, ensuring accountability and sustainable growth for youth services in Los Angeles and statewide.
