Readiness and Response Operator 1Ready to turn readiness into results? I'm looking for a Readiness and Response Operator 1 who takes pride in keeping vehicles, equipment, and test sites organized, clean, and mission-ready every day. In this role, I'll support daily fleet operations within the BaseOps teamhelping ensure vehicles meet regulatory requirements, supporting spare parts readiness, and assisting with operational testing needs. Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Pay Range: $25 What's the Job? Support company milestones by optimizing drive operations across multiple locations. Ensure vehicles, equipment, and the workplace are clean, organized, and ready for use. Provide logistical support for movement and storage of vehicles and equipment. Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness. Perform routine fueling of test vehicles and supporting equipment. What's Needed?2-4 years of work experience. Possess and maintain a valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record. Comply with the Substance Abuse Policy and pass a background check, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, and drug screen. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. Ability to go up and down stairs, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, kneel, and reach during shifts. What's in it for me? Opportunity to support daily fleet operations and mission readiness.
