Job Full Description: Powder Coater Operator| Competitive Pay + Growth Opportunity We're hiring a Powder Coater Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Kansas City, KS. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment and takes pride in producing quality finished products. Schedule & Pay:$20-21/hour with $1/hour attendance bonus | M-Thur, 4PM-2:30AM; Fri, 2PM-10:30PM
Key Responsibilities: Operate powder coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth systems Perform surface preparation, coating application, curing, and inspection Ensure consistent quality and proper finish on all coated components Maintain production efficiency and meet output goals Clean and perform preventative maintenance on equipment Follow 5S standards and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements: Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required Powder coating experience is a plus Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift)Commitment to following safety procedures and guidelines Why This Role Might Be a Fit: If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and being part of a production team, this could be a great fit for you.
