About the role

Driving the strategy for US channel partners, the full-time Senior Director of US Channels will manage business and go-to-market execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure partner engagement and success in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Co-develop and implement solution plays to drive sales engagement aligned with US business objectives Lead internal communication and collaboration to address program-related issues and ensure strategic tracking toward goals Monitor program progress, establish key metrics, and foster continuous improvement to maximize ROI and partner success Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field AND 10+ years of experience in partner management or business development in the technology industry 5+ years of people management experience Experience working with various partner channels, including SSP, MSP, and Telco, with expertise in the U.S. partner ecosystem Blend of business acumen and technical expertise, comfortable interacting with C-level decision-makers Knowledge of Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) incentive programs and the broader partner ecosystem
