Base pay range $76,000.00/yr - $134,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, creative development, and execution of integrated marketing communications programs Collaborate with cross-functional teams, building relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and program success Assist in the creation of presentations, program overviews, and recaps for internal leadership and stakeholders Help manage program budgets, providing forecasts and reporting to finance teams Oversee day-to-day program tasks including status updates, timeline management, meeting coordination, and approvals to maintain compliance and efficiency Work independently on new projects while initiating ideas and actions on cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within service-focused, retail, or advertising sectors
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and channel intricacies
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, including copyediting and creative feedback capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience contributing to marketing strategy and providing actionable recommendations
