This role is designed for an accomplished sales professional who knows how to open doors, build credibility with technology leaders, uncover opportunities, and turn relationships into long-term partnerships. You'll have the freedom to pursue opportunities nationwide, develop the accounts and relationships you believe in, and build a book of business without an artificial ceiling on your territory or earning potential. If you've built a successful career in staffing, technology, professional services, or B2B sales and want greater autonomy over where and how you grow your business, we'd like to talk.
What You'll Do:
- Develop new client relationships and expand business within existing accounts
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of IT staffing and professional services opportunities
- Prospect and engage CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, technology leaders, HR executives, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers
- Conduct strategic discovery conversations to understand technology initiatives, workforce challenges, project needs, and hiring priorities
- Position our recruiting and staffing capabilities as solutions to clients' technology and talent challenges
- Develop relationships across multiple departments and levels within client organizations
- Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client engagements
- Negotiate rates, agreements, and terms while maintaining strong client relationships
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach through signed agreement, placement, and account expansion
- Identify opportunities for contract staffing, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and project-based engagements
- Build long-term partnerships that generate repeat business, referrals, and account growth
- Maintain ownership and accountability for pipeline development, client activity, and revenue growth
What We're Looking For:
Our ideal Senior Account Executive is an experienced business developer who combines strong sales instincts with a relationship-first approach.
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven success in staffing, professional services, technology sales, or B2B business development
- A track record of developing new business and growing client relationships
- Experience selling to IT and technology decision-makers
- Strong prospecting and business development skills
- The ability to establish credibility with senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Experience navigating complex organizations and developing multiple relationships within an account
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A high degree of personal accountability and follow-through
- The ability to operate independently in a remote environment
- An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to take ownership of your business
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
