About the role
Lilly is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join TuneLab as one of the founding engineers. This IC role owns product end‐to‐end, sets technical direction, and makes architecture calls to accelerate a small team. You'll work with product, design, and data science, reporting to the TuneLab Engineering Manager. You will own the product surfaces, drive backend/frontend/data work, and ensure a scalable SaaS offering built on Lilly's AI models for biotech customers.
