What's in it for You: Competitive Salary: $20.00 / hour Work Site Location: 100% Onsite at Phoenix branch office. Career Growth: Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Your Responsibilities Receive internal and external visitors on behalf of the Corporate office and provide best-in-class customer service. Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, mail, and faxes Collaborate with multiple departments to maintain accurate information for US Security Services locations nationwide Maintain inventory of office supplies and place supply orders as needed Communicate maintenance and housekeeping needs to building management Assist with special events or projects as needed Provide support for other Administrative team members as needed Provide support to Administrative Specialists as needed Your Qualifications At least 21 years of age or older Minimum 2 years of corporate office reception or admin experience is required A high school diploma is required; associate degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred Your Skills and Competencies Excellent written communication and composition Maintains professionalism in all interactions Work experience in an administrative capacity Self-motivated to see job tasks through to completion Experience working in Microsoft Office suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) GardaWorld: Make the World a Safer Place In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company certified by Great Place to Work.
