Responsibilities
Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process
Build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Understand customer needs and recommend the right Chevrolet vehicle and financing options
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
Generate business through referrals, networking, and dealership-provided leads
Maintain knowledge of Chevrolet products, technology, and current promotions
Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service departments to deliver a seamless experience
Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to succeedProfessional appearance and demeanor
Basic computer and technology skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
No Automotive Sales Experience? No Problem.
