Our client is seeking a motivated and very detail oriented professional to provide Front desk and Administrative duties. The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, superior administrative skills, be able to multi-task, and a proactive work approach.
Welcomes in-person visitors to the office, answers incoming calls, and as appropriate, responds to email messages.
Processes applications for various programs according to established procedures.
Enters information into database from membership forms, creates and mail membership cards.
Set up rooms for events according to established event plans.
Competency using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Experience with, or ability to learn web-based applications and database systems (Eventbrite, Google Drive, Sumac, Asana).
Customer Service experience (in-person and telephone).
Experience with community programming.
