About the role
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify business opportunities for products, services, marketing, and demand generation
- Assist in the planning and execution of primary and secondary market research projects with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Devise/evaluate methods of collecting and leveraging data on customers, competitors, & market
- Design, deploy, and analyze surveys using tools such as Survey Monkey
- Prepare reports that simplify complex data results into actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage and develop standardized reporting and dashboards for key marketing & research KPIsTrack and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to support optimization efforts
- Proactively share and present research reports and data analysis throughout the organization
- Support and maintain a suite of market research tools & resources including the insights library
- Be a champion for the voice of our customers within the business
- Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, market research, economics, or related field
- Capable of self-direction in a multi-task, deadline-oriented environment.
- Must possess a high level of attention to detail, and ability to take direction and ask questions.
- Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
- Strong desire to learn from and engage with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and external customers in virtual and physical environments
- Awareness to tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau and advanced Excel are a plusHOW TO STAND OUTExperience in market research or market insights
- Experience in related industry
- Previous survey design and primary research experience
- Previous project management experience
