Love being part of the excitement when something big is happening? Join the Garden Special Events Crew and help turn unforgettable events into unforgettable experiences! From the sparkle of La Luz de las Noches and the creativity of Native Elements to lively Sunset Concerts, family Egg Hunts and Halloween celebrations, and beautiful weddings and private gatherings, our events bring people together to experience nature, art, music, and community in a truly special setting. As a Special Events volunteer, you might welcome guests, help with check-in, direct parking, assist with setup or cleanup, help visitors find their way, or lend a hand wherever you're needed. No two events are quite alike, and that's part of the fun! If you're friendly, flexible, enjoy being part of a team, and love the energy of making a big event come together, we'd love to have you on the crew. The Garden's current volunteer program specifically describes Special Event volunteers as helping with check-in, greeting, parking, and the many details that keep major public and private events running smoothly.
