Receptionist Temporary Position Sparks Group has partnered with a residential community to identify a professional and welcoming Receptionist for a temporary assignment. This role offers the opportunity to be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, while supporting the leasing office with day-to-day front desk operations. Assisting from 10/23 - 11/23.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Direct deliveries (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) to the package room
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them as needed
- Record notes or messages from residents and pass them along to the leasing office when staff are unavailable
- Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Prior experience in reception and/or administrative support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
- This job is In-Person.
Pay Range:
Hourly $19.00 to $19.00. We offer several comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and retirement and savings plans to qualifying employees.
