Job Description:
IMKO Workforce Solutions is hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Harrisburg, SD. This is a hands-on position with opportunities throughout different areas of production. Candidates may be placed in a department that best fits their skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform production and assembly work Sand, finish, trim, build, or package products Operate production equipment and tools as trained Inspect finished products for quality Prepare and package products for shipment Assist with warehouse and material-handling duties Follow production and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Comfortable working with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production workINDSXF #TALROO
